This Sunday afternoon, Masrour Barzani, Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, telephoned the families and relatives of the victims of last night’s flooding in Erbil, the late Muhammad Rasul and Mustafa Sarkawt, and conveyed his deep sympathy.
Erbil Governor Omed Khoshnaw also attended both condolence gatherings on behalf of the Prime Minister and offered his condolences to the families of the deceased.
