In the name of God, the Most Great and Most Merciful
I extend my condolences to the families, relatives and loved ones of the two citizens, (Muhammad Rasul Hamad Amin) and (Mustafa Sarkawt Khidr), aged five, who tragically became victims of yesterday’s heavy rainfall and flooding in the city of Erbil and lost their lives. I share in the grief of the families of both victims of this heartbreaking incident, and I pray to Almighty God to grant them patience and solace and to bless the pure souls of the victims with the gardens of paradise.
