On Monday evening, 26 of 2026 October, representing President Masoud Barzani, Sidad Barzani attended in the Deraluk district the condolence ceremony for the late (Nayif Nerwayi), a distinguished patriotic figure and Peshmerga of both the September and Gulan revolutions.
Sidad Barzani conveyed President Barzani’s condolences and sympathy to the family, relatives and comrades of the deceased, wishing that Almighty God would bless the soul of the deceased with eternal paradise and grant peace and patience to their family.
In a statement, Sidad Barzani also referred to the history of struggle and sacrifice of that family in the Kurdish liberation movement, which has 17 martyrs.
