This evening in the Shorash subdistrict of Chamchamal district, a car lost control and crashed into an electricity pole, resulting in the driver’s death and injuries to two other passengers.
Beastoon, Kurdistan TV’s correspondent in Chamchamal, reported that this evening, Tuesday, on the main Shorash–Chamchamal road in the Shorash subdistrict, a Toyota Camry lost control and crashed into an electricity pole due to excessive speed and failure to comply with traffic regulations.
According to the information, the car’s driver, identified as Miran Hajar Hamawandi, died instantly in the accident. At the same time, two other people were seriously injured and were taken to hospital for medical treatment; their health condition is currently stable.
