Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu published a video of himself and U.S. President Donald Trump, declaring that together with Trump, they will permanently destroy the Iranian threat. The move came after Trump formally announced his support for the Israeli prime minister as part of his election campaign.
In a message posted to his account on the social media platform “X,” Netanyahu stressed that he and his friend, Donald Trump, could end Tehran’s dangers through solidarity. In his remarks, Netanyahu turns to Trump and says: “The American people should know that you have stood up to the greatest danger threatening the world and the United States—Iran’s acquisition of nuclear weapons.” He also stressed that they would under no circumstances allow such a scenario to occur.
The Israeli prime minister also referred to the expansion of the regional peace process, stating that under Trump’s supervision they could advance the Abraham Accords further, because the coordination between them had proven that they were capable of achieving major accomplishments together. In response, Donald Trump praised Netanyahu’s position and told him: “You are a great warrior, and we will prove that very soon, Bibi; you are the one I want by my side.”
