President Barzani received a high-level delegation from Maysan Governorate, headed by the governor and the head of its provincial council. The meeting discussed the general situation and coordination between the governorates of the Kurdistan Region and Iraq.
On Saturday, 10 of Tishreen I 2026, in Pirmam, President Masoud Barzani received a delegation from Maysan Governorate comprising Habib Zahir al-Fattousi, Governor of Maysan and head of the delegation, as well as Mustafa Daeer Muhammadaoui, head of the provincial council, and a number of members of the Maysan Provincial Council.
The meeting discussed the general situation in Iraq, as well as coordination between the governorates of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
