The Soran Independent Administration announced that 90% of the first phase of the strategic drinking-water project for the villages of Badliyan and Delziyan has been completed and that the clean-water problem in both villages will be resolved once the project is completed.
Today, Monday, 5 October 2026, the Soran Independent Administration issued a statement saying that the first phase of the drinking-water project for the villages of “Badliyan” and “Delziyan” is progressing rapidly and that 90% of the project’s work has been completed so far.
The statement said: Once this strategic project is completed, the clean drinking-water problem in both villages will be resolved permanently, and all their residents will benefit from it directly.
