Qalibaf said in remarks published by Iran’s official media that imposed wars had demonstrated to the United States and its allies in the region that the era of aggression was over. He added that Iran’s Supreme Leader had clearly outlined the country’s military strategy for responding to any potential aggression.
Qalibaf said Iran had delivered a very strong and prudent response to the United States, stressing that the ball was now in Washington’s court to prevent war from breaking out, as Iranian forces had reached peak readiness on the battlefield and in terms of their defensive capabilities.
The speaker of Iran’s parliament also issued a stern warning that any new strategic mistake by the United States would open a new theater of war, making it more difficult than ever for Washington to find a way out.
